Here's the deal:

As a VooDoo Hawks Street Team member, you will be in charge of promoting The VooDoo Hawks in your town or area in a variety of ways: including hanging posters in high traffic areas, handing out flyers advertising shows, and working with local and college radio and newspapers. Basically we need you to spread the word and increase the buzz about the band.

Responsibilities

AT SHOWS:

# Put up posters and pass out flyers promoting the show, and work to get as many people out to the show as you can
# Poster high traffic areas around town and/or campus
# Work with local newspapers to get press about the show
# Attend the show and help out with any last minute jobs

IN GENERAL:

# Work with local radio to get air play for The VooDoo Hawks
# Approach retail stores to get in-store play for The VooDoo Hawks
# Pass out flyers outside the venue at shows of similar interest
# Spread The VooDoo Hawks word on-line by infiltrated message boards, chat rooms, etc.
